Required Skills: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in scheduling subcontractors, consultants and vendors to ensure a timely completion • Communicate with project team regarding material submittals as directed by Superintendent • Confirm that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with contracted scope • Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards • Advise project team all conflicts in construction progress • Ensure the job site if kept in a clean and organized manner • Assist in budgeting, bidding and award of subcontracts • Obtain permits or approval of revisions • Identify work areas that are outside of subcontracted scope • Opening and closing of jobsite each day • Preside a preconstruction meeting with each subcontractor Education /Skills Requirements: • Minimum 3 years verifiable experience through knowledge of trades • Computer knowledge • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals • Structured and organized • Excellent planning skills Physical Requirements: • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
